Driving on the road
Finland does not require a vignette. Roads are free throughout the country.
No national motorway toll for cars.
Dipped beam or DRL is expected; winter tyres are taken seriously.
Green Card required for foreign and UA-registered cars.
City access rules are lighter than in western Europe — still check Helsinki if you drive an older combustion car.
