Driving on the road
Belgium does not require a vignette for cars. Motorways are free.
Brussels and other cities run LEZ schemes that restrict older vehicles.
Electric vehicles are exempt from these LEZ restrictions.
Green Card required for foreign and UA-registered cars.
HGVs use a separate per-km satellite toll; it does not apply to ordinary cars.
