The Indian manufacturer Ultraviolette Automotive is preparing the European launch of the X-47 Venom, an electric motorcycle claimed to have a range of up to 343 kilometers and a maximum power output of 30 kW, equivalent to about 41 horsepower. The model features a 100-volt electric architecture called VX-100, and its higher-capacity version supports fast charging at up to 12 kW. Niraj Rajmohan, the company’s co-founder and CTO, has confirmed that they aim to begin deliveries in Europe in early 2027, after officially introducing the motorcycle at the EICMA show in Milan.
An electric motorcycle with a range of up to 343 kilometers
The main innovation of the Ultraviolette X-47 Venom is its VX-100 architecture, developed internally by the motorcycle manufacturer to improve energy efficiency, reduce weight, and speed up charging.

The electric motorcycle is available in two battery capacities. The entry-level versions come with a 7.5 kWh battery that allows for a range of up to 227 kilometers, while the Recon and Recon+ variants use an 11 kWh battery with a claimed range of 343 kilometers.
It is important to note that both figures correspond to India’s IDC homologation cycle, not the European WLTP standard. Therefore, they should not be interpreted as ranges directly comparable to those of motorcycles sold in Spain. For example, the F77 model claims 231 kilometers under the European protocol, but the new X-47 is likely to improve this figure.
The higher-capacity battery supports fast charging at up to 12 kW in direct current. According to the manufacturer, the new system also offers 25% higher energy density and faster cooling compared to its previous generation.

Up to 155 km/h and a radar for vehicle detection
The Ultraviolette X-47 Venom features an engine with a maximum power of 30 kW, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds and reaching a top speed of 155 km/h.
One of its most interesting aspects is its electronic equipment. It includes a 77 GHz rear radar that allows detecting vehicles in the blind spot, warning of potential collisions, and assisting during lane changes. It also has front and rear cameras, a seven-inch touchscreen, navigation, and cruise control.
It will arrive in Europe in 2027, but there is still no price in Spain
Ultraviolette will introduce the Ultraviolette X-47 Venom in Europe on November 3 next year, during the EICMA 2026 press events. Rajmohan explained that the company plans to begin European deliveries in the first months of 2027.
The manufacturer is already present in 20 European countries, where it sells the Ultraviolette F77, which we have already tested, and it aims to gradually expand its product range. In India, the initial price of the Ultraviolette X-47 Venom is approximately 2,800 euros at current exchange rates, although there is no confirmed price yet for Europe. However, like the other model, it will be much more expensive than in its home market.
The new VX-100 architecture will also be used to develop other vehicles, such as the Tesseract scooter and the Shockwave off-road motorcycle.
The arrival of the Ultraviolette X-47 Venom will mark a new step in the Indian manufacturer’s international expansion. Its competitiveness in Europe will depend especially on the final price, actual range, and the availability of compatible charging infrastructure.
