Lysefjord and Preikestolen

Nine days on the Norwegian Scenic Route Ryfylke: the Pulpit Rock trail, Oygardstol above Lysebotn, then Sauda and Roldal. Stavanger Tesla and Recharge in Jorpeland and Sauda make the hairpins to Lysebotn an EV day, not a prayer.

Season: Ryfylke is open year-round with two ferries; the Lysebotn hairpins can ice in winter. Preikestolen trail is best May-October.

Why stop hereCharge nearby: Tesla Supercharger (Tesla Supercharger Stavanger) — typical arrival 29%, about 21 min to 80%. Short driving day: charge in the overnight town and keep the climbs honest.

Roldal pass if open, then the last Tesla. The harbour still smells of oil and rain.

Why stop hereCharge nearby: Tesla Supercharger (Tesla Supercharger Stavanger) — typical arrival 29%, about 21 min to 80%. Pass day: check seasonal closure that morning; a tunnel is a backup, not a ruined holiday.
