A new battery and a choice between two powertrains

This results in an increase of about 50 km in range, allowing the vehicle’s range to now exceed 460 km. For propulsion, Volkswagen offers a choice between rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive. The rear-wheel drive version is equipped with a 210 kW (286 hp) engine and allows a maximum payload of 700 kg. With the 4MOTION all-wheel drive system, the engine power reaches 250 kW (340 hp) and the maximum payload is 606 kg. For both versions, the maximum towing capacity is 1,800 kg with a braked trailer. Increased Loading Capacity
At 25 cm longer, the long-wheelbase version of the ID. Buzz Cargo inherently offers more loading space. The floor length now reaches 2.46 meters, while the cargo volume increases from 3.9 to 4.4 m3. This additional space enables a wide range of customization options.
