EBRO, the revived Spanish brand that manufactures its cars at the historic facility in Barcelona’s Free Zone, has launched a special campaign to counter the impact of rising fuel prices. It is offering discounts of up to 2,500 euros on certain versions of its hybrid and plug-in hybrid SUVs compared to last month.
This timing makes sense. As filling up the tank becomes increasingly expensive, the purchase price is no longer the only factor to consider, and daily operating costs weigh much more heavily. EBRO wants to take advantage of this situation to attract those who are undecided between continuing with gasoline vehicles or switching to electric cars. The new terms will remain in effect until October 31, 2026.
Hybrids under 19,000 euros

The most affordable model in this lineup is the EBRO s400 HEV, a compact SUV equipped with a self-charging hybrid system. It doesn’t require plugging in and comes with an ECO label. In the Premium version, its price starts at 18,990 euros, 1,000 euros lower than the previous month.
The Excellence version costs 20,990 euros, representing a reduction of 1,500 euros. The brand positions it as an option for those who want to spend less on daily commutes without changing their habits. It delivers 211 horsepower and has an estimated fuel consumption of 5.3 liters per 100 kilometers. Its range approaches 900 kilometers.
The EBRO s700 in hybrid version now starts at 25,990 euros with the Comfort trim, after a price reduction of 1,500 euros. The Luxury trim costs from 26,990 euros, 2,500 euros less than last month, marking the largest direct discount in this campaign. The EBRO s700 HEV delivers 224 horsepower and a combined fuel consumption of 5.7 liters per 100 km.
s700 PHEV: 90 kilometers in electric mode

The plug-in version of the s700 is the most interesting on paper. It starts at 26,990 euros with government subsidies and included commercial terms. Additionally, the Luxury trim is sold at the same price as the Premium version thanks to a 2,000 euro discount. When adding in the brand’s incentives, financing discounts, and Plan Auto Plus benefits, the total savings can reach up to 15,600 euros.
Its plug-in EBRO s700 PHEV model delivers 279 horsepower and uses an 18.3 kWh lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) battery. It offers up to 90 kilometers of electric range and over 1,300 kilometers of combined range. This means it can handle daily commuting without using gasoline, as long as it’s charged frequently, and enable long trips without worrying about charging stations.
Financing, stock, and an expanding range
The campaign also includes special financing and leasing terms. EBRO enters this campaign with strong performance metrics. It has exceeded 20,000 registrations in Spain during the first nine months of 2026 and already has 100 sales outlets. Its models are developed in collaboration with Chery, which also manufactures at the plant in Zona Franca. The company has several new models scheduled for release in the coming months, including the updated EBRO s900, the brand’s flagship model, and the brand’s first fully electric vehicle.
