Converter Adler offers the Xpeng P7+ and G9 as taxis

Adler, a company specializing in taxi and rental car conversions, is expanding its taxi equipment lineup to include Xpeng’s electric models P7+ and G9. Adler now offers both electric vehicles as ready-to-use taxis, complete with optional coating options. Previously, Adler had already added the G6 to its conversion portfolio as Xpeng’s first model series.

The new duo consists of the electric sedan Xpeng P7+ and the spacious electric SUV G9. The Bavarian conversion specialist turns both vehicles into taxis by installing taximeters, roof signs, emergency alarm systems, and more. The first display vehicles were created in collaboration with dealer Auto Grill.

Regarding the models themselves: The G9 is a 4.89-meter-long five-seater available in Germany in three variants: as a rear-wheel-drive model with a small or large battery priced at 59,600 euros or 63,600 euros respectively, or as an all-wheel-drive version starting at 72,600 euros. Its power output ranges from 258 to 423 kW, with a range of 502 to 585 kilometers according to WLTP standards. Notably, the vehicle’s DC charging capacity is 445 or 525 kW depending on the variant.

The sedan P7+ is almost 30 centimeters longer than the G9, at 5.07 meters in length, and also features five seats. It is offered in the same three drive variants and costs 46,600 euros or more in Germany. Its power output varies from 180 to 370 kW depending on the engine configuration, with a range of 455 to 500 kilometers.
