STRYKÓW Supercharger available for cars of all brands. 8 stations, excellent prices with a subscription

Tesla has made its Superchargers available to cars from other brands. The Tesla charging station is located next to Hotel 500, right at the intersection of A2 and DK14 leading to Łódź, about 6 kilometers away from the A2 x A1 junction (Google Maps HERE). There are a total of 8 charging spots, which are shared among all users, but non-Tesla owners should pay attention to the location of the outlet [see photo above]. The maximum charging power [for Teslas] is 250 kW.

The location on Tesla’s map can be found HERE, and the charging rates are as follows:

1.6 PLN/kWh from 9 AM to 10 PM for Teslas and drivers with a subscription (50 PLN/month),

1.4 PLN/kWh from 10 PM to 9 AM for Teslas and drivers with a subscription,

2.3 PLN/kWh from 9 AM to 10 PM for non-Tesla owners without a subscription,

1.9 PLN/kWh from 10 PM to 9 AM for non-Tesla owners without a subscription.

Given the high reliability levels and charging speeds of up to 250 kW in Teslas, compared to around 190-210 kW in vehicles from other brands with a 400 V architecture, this location is highly attractive, especially considering the pricing offered. Owners of electric vehicles with an 800 V architecture may not be as satisfied, as they typically achieve maximum charging speeds of only 125-150 kW depending on the vehicle model — in such cases, Ionity charging stations, newer GreenWay stations, Orlen Charge, and other providers would be better options.

Exceptionally good charging speeds on Superchargers can be achieved by owners of Nissan Ariya, BMW iX1 or iX2, as well as generally all electric vehicles equipped with low-voltage charging systems. Superchargers are optimized to deliver high currents (over 600 A in Teslas), so charging times at these stations can be even half as short as those at devices from other providers that advertise their equipment as “150” or “200 kW”.

Tesla currently has 18 locations in Poland available for vehicles of other brands; the best way to use them is through the Tesla mobile app (Android HERE, iOS/iPhone HERE):
