The RADOM Supercharger is now open to everyone. And Powerdot is offering a charging discount: 10% off until August 3rd.

A Supercharger station with 12 charging spots, each capable of 250 kW, has been opened in Radom. The prices for those who don’t own a Tesla and aren’t paying a subscription are fairly attractive, at 2.4 zł/kWh during peak hours and 1.6 zł/kWh outside of those times. This is especially evident now during the summer promotion period. On the other hand, Powerdot, which operates locations in Biedronka stores, offers discounts through Elocity. For fast DC charging, we’ll now have to pay only about 2.8 zł/kWh.
The new location is situated where the old one was (Tesla Supercharger Map HERE). All twelve charging spots can be used by Teslas as well as drivers of vehicles from other brands. The pricing for Supercharger Radom is as follows:
Teslas and those who pay a monthly subscription of 50 zł: 1.7 zł/kWh from 10 am to 9 pm, 1.2 zł/kWh from 9 pm to 10 am.
Cars of other brands whose owners did not purchase a subscription: 2.4 PLN/kWh from 10-21, 1.6 PLN/kWh from 21-10.
Unlike Enefit or Tauron, Tesla is gradually expanding its network along major roads, so those traveling near Supercharger locations might consider a monthly subscription to reduce charging costs. The expenses will be offset after just two to four charges per month. It’s important to remember that the operator sometimes places its stations at a distance from main roads, like in Radom, meaning getting there and back will take extra time:
Powerdot, promotion 20.07-3.08
A discount on Powerdot charging stations was announced in the Elocity app. The pricing has changed as follows:
DC (CCS2): 3.14 → 2.83 PLN/kWh,
AC (Type 2): 2.48 → 2.24 PLN/kWh,
DC (Chademo): 3.01 → 2.72 PLN/kWh.
The promotion is active from July 20 to August 3 (Monday to Monday). We are describing it out of a sense of duty, as the prices are not attractive, nor is the period with lower rates — other providers reduce their rates throughout the holidays — so we wonder if anyone who hasn’t used the provider’s chargers before will suddenly decide they must top up their battery at a Powerdot station. The biggest beneficiary of this partnership is likely Biedronka, which meets its legal requirement to have chargers at its stores through this cooperation.

Or Powerdot, which charges for just being there?…
