Geely, which is pursuing aggressive expansion in Europe, already has its new Galaxy TT on Chinese roads—a nearly five-meter-long electric sedan that boasts an impressive set of features: an 800V architecture, ultra-fast charging, a CLTC range of up to 725 km, and a starting price of around 16,700 euros. The lineup includes five versions, with the top-tier TT Ultra featuring 425 kW of power and capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds.

The Galaxy TT joins the growing lineup of electric models in Geely Galaxy’s portfolio, a brand that is rapidly expanding its presence in China with offerings designed to combine affordable prices with technologies that were until recently reserved for much more expensive cars. In this case, the entire range utilizes an 800V electric architecture and CATL batteries capable of achieving a charging power of up to 6C.

An electric sedan nearly five meters long with up to 425 kW of power

The Geely Galaxy TT features a fastback body style, with a very low front end, stylized lighting units, and a rear section highlighted by an active rear spoiler. This spoiler can adjust its position to generate up to 508 newtons of aerodynamic downforce, while the vehicle’s proportions are distinctly sporty. It measures 4.99 meters in length with a wheelbase of 2.920 meters.

The cabin adopts a highly technological approach, featuring a 10.2-inch digital dashboard, a 15.4-inch central screen, and a 25.6-inch augmented reality information projection system. All of these are powered by the Flyme Auto 2.0 system, while the car can also include a 23-speaker sound system and various comfort features depending on the trim level. Geely also mentions 37 storage spaces, along with a 110-liter front trunk space.

Regarding the propulsion system, all four rear-wheel-drive versions use an electric motor with 245 kW (329 HP) and 320 Nm of torque, while the TT Ultra adds a second front motor to achieve 425 kW (578 HP) and four-wheel drive. As a result, the 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time is 7.2 seconds for the 640 km version, 6.5 seconds for the 725 km version, and just 3.8 seconds for the TT Ultra.

The chassis is also designed to set the Galaxy TT apart from conventional electric sedans. Geely uses an aluminum double-triangle front suspension and an independent five-link rear suspension, with higher trims potentially featuring adaptive damping. The TT Ultra also benefits from chassis tuning carried out in collaboration with Lotus.

The available batteries are of the LFP type, offering 63.8 kWh capacity in the 640 km range version and 75.2 kWh capacity in the 725 km range version, while the TT Ultra also uses a 75.2 kWh battery pack. The maximum range claimed is 725 km according to the Chinese CLTC cycle, whereas the other models range from 640 to 650 km depending on the configuration.

It’s useful to put these figures in context. China’s CLTC cycle typically yields higher ratings than Europe’s WLTP, so we can estimate that this would correspond to around 630 km under WLTP conditions.

The Galaxy TT’s biggest advantage lies in its charging capabilities. All versions use an 800V architecture and charge at 6C, with a battery from CATL specifically developed for this model. Geely claims it can recover nearly 500 km of range in about 11 minutes under optimal conditions. For the 640 km and 725 km versions, published figures show that charging from 10% to 80% takes approximately 11.8 and 11.6 minutes, respectively.

The technology doesn’t end with the electrical components. The Galaxy TT can feature driver assistance systems with LiDAR sensors and comes in two trims, labeled H5 and H7. The higher-end version uses an Nvidia Thor-U processor and combines cameras, radars, and LiDAR to provide city and highway assistance features, assisted navigation, and automatic parking.

And here is likely the most notable detail. Geely has set a promotional launch price in China ranging from 129,900 to 185,900 yuan, which at the official exchange rate as of September 11, 2026, is approximately 16,700 to 23,900 euros. The five versions are divided into three rear-wheel-drive options with 640 km range, a rear-wheel-drive version with 725 km range, and the TT Ultra with all-wheel drive.

With the Galaxy TT, Geely and China highlight the huge gap between our market and the Asian giant through an electric sedan nearly five meters long that features 800V voltage, 6C charging speed, up to 725 km of CLTC range, and 425 kW in its most powerful version.
