Peugeot: a new special Envy series for the 208 and 2008

Peugeot offers its 208 and 2008 models in a new special series called Envy. This version adds several styling elements and some extra features at a cost of 400 € higher than the Allure trim level.

Peugeot continues to release special series to enhance its 208 and 2008 lineups. This time, the manufacturer focuses on styling and comfort. Based on the Allure level, the new Envy version is available for both gasoline and mild-hybrid engines as well as fully electric models. So, what exactly changes?

Improved styling

On the 208 and 2008, this special series is distinguished first by several specific aesthetic details. There are new color options: the city car introduces a new Vert Alvao paint scheme, while the compact SUV can feature an unprecedented Bleu Nazaré color. The 208 Envy also comes with a glossy black roof. The 2008 is equipped with roof rails. Peugeot adds specific diamond-cut alloy wheels, 16 inches on the 208 and 17 inches on the 2008, with a dark finish called Black Mist.

Changes continue inside the cabin. Both models feature the front seats from the GT trim, paired here with a specific three-material upholstery design featuring green-blue stitching. This color is also used on the door panels and certain dashboard inserts. Aluminum door sills complete the interior design.

Some additional features

Beyond the exterior design, Peugeot adds a few extra features to the Allure trim. The 208 and 2008 Envy come standard with keyless entry and start, as well as a high-definition rear camera. The 2008 also benefits from a trunk floor that can be adjusted in two levels. Finally, the 208 features a black roof lining and more comprehensive LED interior lighting.

This special edition comes at an extra cost of 400 € compared to an equivalent Allure finish.
