Orlen already has the old charging rates at DC 2.69 PLN/kWh. GreenWay has rates of 1.79 or 2.09 PLN/kWh here and there until September 30.

In the Orlen Charge network, the summer promotion has ended, and standard rates have been reinstated: DC at 2.69 PLN/kWh and AC at 1.95 PLN/kWh. More reasonable rates are still available at selected GreenWay Polska stations, typically 2.09 PLN/kWh regardless of whether a subscription is active or not, though it’s worth checking this in the app before starting to charge – strategically located stations may be more expensive. Tesla Superchargers also retain their original pricing, with costs varying depending on the time of day and whether a subscription (or a Tesla vehicle) is in use.

Inexpensive charging is no longer available at Orlen

In addition to restoring the old pricing and updating the page, Orlen also added an interesting note: charging with direct current at a power of up to 600 kW costs 2.69 zł/kWh. Where does this restriction come from? On Friday, August 28, the company launched Poland’s first two publicly accessible charging stations with MCS connectors, designed for trucks and buses. These devices can theoretically reach speeds of up to 1,500 kW, so recharging there will likely be slightly more expensive. The chargers are located at MOP Stobiecko Szlacheckie Zachód (entry HERE) and Wschód (entry HERE).

Most providers have already ended their summer promotions, but GreenWay Polska remembered that students still have a month left to relax – and they are keeping lower prices until September 30. At selected stations of this provider, the rates are 1.79 PLN/kWh or 2.09 PLN/kWh, and the subscription fees are also lower (4.99 PLN or 39.99 PLN), although it should be noted that ordering them now means we’ll be charged the regular rates for a month (29.99 PLN, 79.99 PLN), as one must wait at least a full month before canceling a paid plan. Tesla Superchargers

The rates at Tesla Superchargers vary. During peak hours (most of the day), they are quite expensive for owners of other brands who do not have a subscription. On the other hand, if someone is driving a Tesla or has opted for a subscription (50 PLN/month), they will face acceptable prices even during peak times. Outside of peak hours, the cost is the same as that at a G11 charging station. Of course, this assumes they are willing to rush to the charger at 11 PM (note: there is a long queue at this time!) or after midnight.

Update 2026/09/01, 9:48 AM: We asked Orlen how much it costs to charge at MCS stations. Here is the response we received:

MCS applies the standard rate for DC charging, along with any individual fleet terms under the contracts in place. The pricing is available on the Orlen Charge website.
