Niort Frères Rouen as the first connected garage at Level 3 Revolte

As the Revolte network now relies on 50 connected garages to handle electric and hybrid vehicles efficiently, one of them has just upgraded to Level 3. This is the Niort Frères workshop in Rouen (76), which benefits from the closest location, priority support, and full access to the tools developed by Revolte.
Going faster
On the automotive repair page on Niort Frères’ website, it now reads: “Our auto shop technicians, thanks to their thorough training and continuous technological awareness, are fully equipped to provide expert advice on a wide range of vehicles, including gasoline, diesel, hybrid, and electric models.”
On Revolte’s website highlighting the role of innovative garages, a brand new blue dot has appeared on the map of France in recent days, adding to the four green dots representing the e-Garages in Nantes-Carquefou, Paris-Thiais, Lyon-Saint-Priest, and Rennes.
It is probably useful to recall the main difference between e-Garages and certified garages. E-Garages are establishments opened by Revolte, with their staff being employees of the company officially established in November 2020.
50 Certified Garages
In contrast, certified garages are independent businesses that have received training from Revolte to service electric and hybrid vehicles. For this purpose, they have access, via subscription, to a wide variety of tools and receive the necessary technical support.
As of September 2026, Revolte has 50 certified garages in its network, including Niort Frères in Rouen.
"For 80 years, Niort Frères has been committed to developing new technologies to provide expert services in our region. With Revolte and its network of connected garages, it represents a way for us to receive support in providing expertise regarding electric vehicles. It also allows us to increase our recognition of this technology in our area," said Jean-Baptiste Dupré, director of Niort Frères.
Maximum Support
By establishing connected garages, Revolte aims to achieve two goals: "to minimize response times and costs as much as possible." Regarding level 3, the company states that it corresponds "to the highest level of training and independence, with Revolte available to provide support if needed."
It consists of six key points, including “reactive technical support with fault identification and pre-diagnosis” and “full access to VE/VH technical documentation and Revolte’s AI assistant.” There is also mention of an annual training credit, along with priority access to advanced modules for diagnosing faults.
Revolte commits to supporting the development of activities related to electric and hybrid vehicles, particularly by highlighting them on its website and through communication efforts such as the press release that enabled us to write this article.
A level 3 connected garage also enjoys “enhanced discounts on subcontracting, spare parts, and tools.” Additionally, requests received at the Carquefou headquarters for services in the Rouen area can be referred to Niort Frères for response.
