The Lucid Gravity became cheaper in Europe at 94,900 euros. Four new trim levels were added.

Lucid has restructured the Gravity lineup in Europe, lowering the entry price from 99,900 to 94,900 euros. In addition to the two previous versions, new ones have been introduced: the mid-tier Touring Plus and the top-tier Grand Touring Ultimate, with first deliveries scheduled for fall 2026.

For customers, the change is simple: fewer configuration options and more standard equipment. Still, it remains a large, expensive premium SUV, not meant for those comparing prices with the Tesla Model Y.

Until now, Lucid offered two Gravity variants in Germany: Touring and Grand Touring. Both started at 99,900 and 116,900 euros respectively, but prices rose quickly once options were added. Now, the manufacturer is changing the approach to its variants, introducing two new models while also reducing the base price to 94,900 euros.

The new lineup looks like this:

In practice, the Touring Plus is likely to be the version many customers will choose anyway. It uses the same technology as the Touring model but adds seven seats and a Comfort & Convenience package as standard. Lucid is clearly trying to prevent the situation where a “cheaper” version stops being cheaper after just a few clicks.

The standard equipment across the entire range has also been updated. The DreamDrive Premium package is now standard, including features such as adaptive headlights, lane keeping assist, blind spot monitoring, and 360-degree cameras around the vehicle. Starting from the Touring Plus trim, a third row of seats and the comfort package are also standard.

926 horsepower and 400 km in 14 minutes, but without the popular 10-80 percent acceleration figure

Gravity remains technically closely related to the Lucid Air sedan. It is a large SUV with a length of 5.04 m, width of 2.20 m, height of 1.66 m, and wheelbase of 3.04 m. On paper, it also boasts performance figures more suited to a high-performance grand tourer than a family SUV: up to 617 kW of power and a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 3.6 seconds.

The most interesting on paper is the 926 V’s architecture. Models with a larger battery are said to achieve up to 400 km of range in 14 minutes and maintain a fairly stable charging curve. That sounds good, but Lucid still hasn’t provided the 10-80 percent charging time, a metric that almost every manufacturer uses these days. Without it, it’s hard to fairly compare this car with models from Porsche, Hyundai, or Kia.

The range figures also need to be viewed with caution. 739 km WLTP in Grand Touring mode sounds excellent, but we’re talking about a full-size SUV with considerable weight. The actual result on the highway will be much less impressive, even if Lucid truly can create efficient powertrains.

It’s even more powerful in the US, but Europe won’t get it for now

Meanwhile, a new version of the Lucid Gravity GT-S is emerging in the United States. It has around 787 kW of power and costs starting at $125,900. For now, it’s available only for the U.S. market, and it’s unclear whether it will reach Europe.

From a European perspective, something else is more important: the Gravity can already be ordered, with first deliveries set to begin in fall 2026. If Lucid ever becomes more widely available in Poland, it will likely be as a niche brand for premium customers, closer to Porsche and top-tier Mercedes models than as a mass-market EV.

Lucid has simplified its pricing structure, but it hasn’t changed one thing: the Gravity still aims to win through technology and performance rather than cost per meter of vehicle. Which version makes sense here— the base Touring, the more reasonable Touring Plus, or the fully equipped Grand Touring?
