Leapmotor expanded its European distribution network to over 1,000 locations in September 2026. Following recent additions, the Chinese company now has 1,020 dealers in Europe, covering 80 percent of the region. This expansion is carried out through the joint venture Leapmotor International with Stellantis. The European automaker provides Leapmotor access to its distribution and service network.
According to the company, Leapmotor has outlets in 36 European countries now, ranging from Iceland in the west to Bulgaria in the east, as well as Malta. Recent openings include locations in Norway and the Balkans. More outlets are planned before the end of this year.
In August, Leapmotor achieved 103,129 global sales. This marked the second consecutive month the company surpassed the 100,000 deliveries mark. Europe accounted for 27 percent of global sales in August, reaching its highest share yet in Leapmotor’s worldwide deliveries.
With over 1,000 locations, the nearest Leapmotor dealer is expected to be approximately 22 minutes by car from European customers. This network aims to provide customers with access to sales, service, and support. To further expand, Leapmotor is leveraging Stellantis’ distribution and after-sales network.
In Germany, Leapmotor covers several vehicle classes: The T03 is a compact car, the B03X is a fully electric SUV in the compact segment, and the B10 is a compact SUV. The also fully electric B05 comes as a compact hatchback model, while the C10 is positioned as a mid-size SUV. The T03, B03X, and B05 are battery-electric vehicles. The B10 is available in addition to the fully electric version with a range extender system, where an internal combustion engine serves as a power generator. For the C10, the lineup includes fully electric versions as well as a variant with a range extender.
