Why the T03? Not only because it was by far the best-selling electric car in Italy in 2026, with over 23,000 registrations in the first nine months of the year. But also, and most importantly, because its price (15,900 euros) helped make electric vehicles more accessible to a broader audience. This was especially true since, thanks to the 2025 incentives, its actual price dropped well below 10,000 euros. Present to receive the award from Mauro Tedeschini was

Christos Tsafonias, Leapmotor’s Marketing Manager for Italy. “We’re growing at an exponential rate, over a thousand percent. And now we have a complete lineup, with the arrival of the new B03X, another SUV that we’re very optimistic about,” said Tsafonias. As of now, out of every four electric cars sold in Italy in 2026, one is a Leapmotor vehicle, accounting for a 24.96% market share.
