Answer: It’s definitely an interesting opportunity. Especially since the base version of the ID.Polo starts at a list price of 26,100 euros, reduced to 24,900 euros with the launch offer. Sure, the range isn’t extremely high—up to 334 km—but for mainly urban use (and with the option to recharge at home), it should suffice. It should be noted, however, that over time the battery will lose some of its capacity and thus range as well. In our opinion, the cheapest base version of the ID.Polo, the Trend, which already comes well equipped with a 116 CV engine, might be sufficient. It features a 37 kWh battery that can be charged from 10% to 80% at public charging stations (on the road) in about 23 minutes, with a maximum power output of 88 kW.
