FSD Supervised is already in use in the Czech Republic. People are impressed, though there are minor flaws; it just drives through potholes so much it hurts the heart.

Three days ago, on September 21, Tesla announced that FSD Supervised had been approved nationwide in the Czech Republic, even before voting took place on the EU forum. There are already initial impressions from using the system on Czech roads. The overall feedback is very positive, similar to that of semi-legal FSD (Supervised) activations in Poland. The main concerns are driving blindly over potholes, strict monitoring of the driver, and a lack of understanding regarding green arrows.
FSD Supervised requires supervision, but it makes a strong impression

Among the first accounts to start sharing observations from FSD Supervised experiments are robot*irl and StandaShow. The issue of potholes was raised by robot*irl, who even said they hadn’t noticed them before because they unconsciously avoided them. Meanwhile, FSD Supervised doesn’t care about such trivialities and drives straight through the uneven surfaces. Interestingly, over the past few decades, Teslas have learned how to avoid potholes only to forget again — it was recently announced that they began detecting their presence just a few months ago.
Biggest problem of Tesla FSD in Prague, Czechia so far:
It is an absolute pothole-seeking missile. I never realized how many potholes I subconsciously avoid while driving manually.
If they’re in the way, FSD just hits them every single time lol.
Pothole avoidance can’t come…

StandaShow observed similar behavior with crossroads: the car does slow down in front of them, but it approaches them quite aggressively. Other flaws are minor issues: no response to the green arrow at traffic lights, uncertain behavior on bus lanes, jerky movements when changing lanes at low speeds, no slowdown when radar is detected, and getting lost with confusing signage — some of these problems also apply to humans:
I’ve completed the first approximately 300 km of testing Tesla’s autonomous driving in the Czech Republic. Central Prague, highways, and surrounding areas.
My top 20 initial impressions:
1. It’s amazing. Much better than I expected, even after watching videos from the U.S. In just 5 minutes, you’re sitting like in a taxi. The speed at which you get used to it is incredible.

FSD Supervised, on the other hand, handles highways excellently, skillfully avoiding obstacles, and navigates narrow streets with precision like an “old bus driver” — it understands trams and knows how to interact with them. It reacts very patiently and with ample lead time to people on the road, and it can even break speed limits if a human driver forces it to. StandaShow emphasizes that despite having watched many videos from the U.S., he wasn’t prepared for the experience — after five minutes, he felt as though he were in a taxi.
