Focus on electric corporate fleets: How is yours doing?

Focus on electric corporate fleets: how is yours performing? Vaielettrico highlights this issue, especially in preparation for an event to be held in Milan on March 5, 2027.
Focus on electric corporate fleets: positive results or…?
Our approach remains unchanged: we want those who use electric cars daily to share their experiences, whether with one or multiple company vehicles. An honest report, highlighting both the positives and negatives, to give us a clearer idea of the validity (and any limitations) of this choice. Minimal theory and plenty of practical advice—such as how to handle issues like reimbursing charges made at home by employees, or choosing the right app for refueling on the road, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of mixed use. We realize that electric cars in Italy, currently accounting for no more than 8% of the market, can only gain traction if the fleet market develops. This market is already thriving in major European countries, where market shares are much higher than ours. What is missing to convince business decision-makers to make this big leap? And what kind of summary does someone who already has several EVs get?
GSE has a simulator to check this

We remind you that an online simulator on this topic is available, developed by GSE, the Authority for Energy Transition. The website states that “opting for an electric vehicle fleet allows for reduced operating costs. Specifically, costs related to fuel and maintenance, and also, thanks to lower emissions, it helps reduce one’s environmental impact.” It refers to a quick guide for “conducting a simulation and discovering the benefits,” whether for a new fleet or upgrading an existing one. GSE then discusses white certificates, which are a mechanism that incentivizes savings in final energy use through efficiency improvement measures and projects. Such improvements must be documented, with one certificate equivalent to the savings of one tonne equivalent of oil (Tep).
