EICMA 2026. Silence S02 Paddock, the scooter featuring Ducati’s design

EICMA 2026. Silence S02 Paddock, the scooter featuring Ducati’s design

A EICMA 2026 Silence introduces the new S02 Paddock, an electric scooter featuring the Ducati Corse livery: 85 km/h top speed, 138 km range, and a price starting at 4,620 euros. The arrival in Italy of the S06 Max, with over 200 km of range, was also announced.

Silence strengthens its presence in Italy’s electric scooter market by choosing EICMA 2026 to unveil two major new models. The first is the new S02 Paddock, a special edition of the urban scooter created in collaboration with Ducati Corse, incorporating the colors and details of the bikes used by Ducati’s official teams in MotoGP and Superbike paddocks.

The second, perhaps even more interesting from the perspective of electric mobility, concerns the arrival in the Italian market of the Silence S06 Max, a large scooter that promises over 200 kilometers of range and superior performance compared to the manufacturer’s urban models.

Silence S02 Paddock: The Electric Scooter for Ducati Pilots

The partnership between Silence and Ducati Corse has been ongoing for two years now, but it had previously remained limited to the MotoGP and WSB paddocks. With the new S02 Paddock, this collaboration results in a model designed and available to the general public as well. These are the same electric scooters used by the pilots and staff of Ducati Lenovo’s official MotoGP team and Aruba.it Racing Ducati’s WorldSBK team for moving around the circuits.

Regarding Silence, Santiago Benjumea, commercial director, said, “It’s an amazing deal. We’re thrilled to be partners with a team like Ducati and to bring this experience to all motorcycle riders. This is an electric scooter, like all Silence products, but with official Ducati red that makes it highly attractive to all motorcycle riders. They’ll be able to ride the same scooter that champions like Marc Márquez and Pedro Acosta in MotoGP, as well as Iker Lucuona and Franco Morbidelli in WorldSBK, will use next year.”

What does the Silence S02 Paddock look like?

What defines it is primarily its aesthetic design, featuring a Rosso Ducati livery, black wheels adorned with red strips, shock absorbers with yellow finishes, the “Paddock” inscription on the sides, and Ducati Corse Official Partner logos.

It is based on the technology of the Silence S02 electric scooter, with large-diameter wheels designed to provide greater stability on uneven surfaces, and a underseat compartment that can hold a helmet. The Silence S02 Paddock is available in the L3e version, equivalent to a 125 cc engine, which can be driven with an A1 license or a B license in Italy.

The electric motor generates 6 kW of power, sufficient to reach a top speed of 85 km/h. The declared rated range is 138 kilometers, an impressive figure for a scooter designed primarily for urban mobility. The lithium-ion battery has a capacity of 5.6 kWh and is obviously removable. The time required for a full charge ranges from 6 to 8 hours. The declared weight of the scooter is 91 kg without the battery.

Connectivity is also available through the My Silence app, which allows users to locate the scooter, check the battery status, enable keyless start, and temporarily share the scooter with others.

The new Silence S02 Paddock will hit the Italian market in February 2027, with a starting price of 4,620 euros. It will be distributed through a network of 44 retail outlets.

Silence S06 Max arrives in Italy: over 200 km of range

At EICMA 2026, Silence also announced the launch of the new S06 Max in Italy, scheduled for January 2027. This is an electric maxi scooter designed for use beyond urban areas, with a claimed range of over 200 km.

There are two versions available: the S06 Max Dual, featuring a dual battery and an engine of 11 kW (15 kW peak), priced at 7,920 euros, and the S06 Max Single, with a single battery and an engine of 7 kW (9 kW peak), priced at 6,620 euros.

Silence Expands Beyond Urban Mobility

With these two new models, Silence is targeting two different areas. On one hand, there’s the S02 Paddock, which leverages its partnership with Ducati Corse to make an already available urban scooter more recognizable and desirable. On the other hand, there’s the S06 Max, through which the Spanish manufacturer aims to enter a more challenging yet highly interesting segment in Italy.

It’s no coincidence that the latter model is the one worth paying attention to. Silence could offer a viable electric alternative even for those who currently use mid-to-high displacement scooters. In this performance range, the price difference between electric and traditional models is actually very small.
