EICMA 2026. LYVA makes its debut in Milan. A bold entrance for the Chinese brand

A range of options that include e-bikes to scooters, e-scooters to dirt bikes. With this diverse selection of green urban mobility ideas, the Chinese brand LYVA made its European debut at Eicma 2026. BMW is also involved in this effort.
The premium brand of the Chinese group Luyuan – which is one of the pioneers in the field of smart electric mobility in China – took advantage of a major platform like Eicma not only to introduce its brand and product lineup in Europe but also to engage local distributors and industry partners for a more concrete approach on the Old Continent in the future.
Emphasizing versatility, Lyva unveiled several products in Milan, including five concepts across four vehicle categories: cargo bikes, scooters, bicycles, and dirt bikes. All are entirely electric.
The partnership with BMW
At the heart of the project is the interesting collaboration with the BMW group, which provided two of the main prototypes: a three-wheeled electric cargo bike (Dynamic Cargo) and a foldable scooter (Clever Commute). Both vehicles focus on the right balance of technology and design, with significant input from Designworks, the group’s innovation and design studio.
The most notable is the three-wheeled, tilting electric cargo bike in a “pick-up” style, featuring an openable and removable cargo area with a rigid metal frame. It is a agile vehicle built using automotive manufacturing technology, ideal for transporting children, and equipped with an integrated camera to monitor the load in real time.

Bikes, scooters, and dirt bikes
Lyva then brought a wide range of vehicles to Eicma, aiming to establish itself in Europe in the near future. From e-Bikes to motorcycles suited for purely urban use—such as the stylish Moda 70—to the most advanced and technologically sophisticated e-scooters. Among these are the recent S86 and S95 Pro models, with the latter featuring a dual battery system and fast charging.
Finally, Milan also saw the introduction of a couple of dirt-bikes designed for off-road use, hence extremely lightweight and fun to ride. Lyva unveiled the GX03 model, with an aluminum frame (weighing only 52 kg) and a peak power output of 8 kW, as well as its more powerful and faster “sister” model, the GX05, which can reach speeds of 100 km/h.
