Denza Z starts at 705,000 zł in Poland. 1604 HP like a hypercar, but the brand isn’t at that level yet.
Denza has opened orders in Poland for the electric Z model, immediately revealing prices for the three versions. The Coupe costs 705,320 PLN, the Spider 782,320 PLN, and the track-focused Racing version 855,360 PLN, all with a combined power output of 1604 HP. For Polish customers, this sends a clear message: the Chinese electric car with performance figures comparable to Porsche Turbo GT can now be ordered regularly in Poland.

1604 HP, 76 kWh, and claims of charging at up to 1500 kW
All versions are powered by three engines with a total output of 1604 HP and 1240 Nm of torque. There is a 680 HP engine at the front, and two engines of 462 HP each at the rear. Power is distributed to all four wheels.
The performance is absurdly strong even for this class. The Coupe accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 2.25 seconds, the Spider in 2.3 seconds, and the Racing also in 2.25 seconds. It’s only with optional semi-slick tires that the Racing version drops to 1.96 seconds for 0-100 km/h, reaches 350 km/h instead of 300 km/h, and hits 200 km/h in 6.0 seconds. Just remember that this 1.96 second figure already includes a bonus. The tires play a significant role here.
The battery has a capacity of 76 kWh and is from the second generation Blade. The WLTP range is 410 km for the Coupe, 400 km for the Spider, and 380 km for the Racing. It’s not impressive, especially given the price and weight.
The charging claims are even more interesting. Denza mentions a power of up to 1500 kW from a single connector, 10-70% charge in 5 minutes, 10-97% in 9 minutes, and 20-97% in 12 minutes at -30 degrees Celsius. On paper, this sounds incredible. In practice, it relies on Flash Charging technology and infrastructure that isn’t readily available for regular use in Europe today.
Size and Price Place Denza Among Audi and Porsche
This is not a small, cramped two-seater coupe. The Denza Z measures 4780 mm in length, 1975 mm in width, and 1330 mm in height; the Spider is 20 mm taller, while the Racing reaches 4870 mm in length and 1990 mm in width. The wheelbase is 2780 mm. All versions are four-seater.
The curb weight exceeds 2.2 tons. The coupe weighs 2230 kg, the Spider 2300 kg, and the Racing 2250 kg. The trunk capacity is 250 liters, and in the coupe, it can go up to 550 liters with the rear seat folded down. The suspension features a double wishbone front and multi-link rear; the coupe and Spider come with air suspension, while the Racing uses traditional springs. The brakes are carbon-ceramic.
The pricing is becoming really interesting. The Audi RS e-tron GT starts at 701,800 zł, which is exactly 3,520 zł cheaper than the Denza Z Coupe. However, the Audi has 857 HP, accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds, and offers up to 598 km of WLTP range. The RS e-tron GT performance version has 925 HP, accelerates to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds, and costs from 770,200 zł.
On the Porsche side, the Taycan GTS costs 687,000 zł, has 700 HP, and accelerates to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds. The Taycan Turbo delivers 884 HP, accelerates in 2.7 seconds, and costs 815,000 zł. At the top is the Taycan Turbo GT with 1,034 HP, accelerating in 2.3 seconds or 2.2 seconds with the Weissach package, but it also costs 1,113,000–1,114,000 zł.
There’s also the Lotus Emeya 900 with 905 horsepower, 0-100 km/h in around 2.8 seconds, priced at 611,000 zł or 682,000 zł for the Sport Carbon version, and a WLTP range of up to 610 km. Its technological cousin from BYD, the Yangwang U9, has around 1300 horsepower, 1680 Nm of torque, 0-100 km/h in 2.36 seconds, and costs 1.68 million yuan in China, which is about 952,000 zł, but it’s not available for purchase in Poland. Similarly, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra with 1548 horsepower, 0-100 km/h in 1.98 seconds, and a price of 529,900 yuan, or around 300,000 zł, is not part of the official sales lineup in our country.
Denza has positioned the Z model right where the jokes end and comparisons with Audi, Porsche, and Lotus begin. The issue is that at this price point, customers are buying not just power but also trust in the brand. Will anyone in Poland spend 855,000 zł on a Denza Racing instead of a Taycan or Audi?
