Over a million electric vehicles are on Norway’s roads, making it the world’s most electrified automobile market. This also means a wave of used electric vehicle batteries is on the way. Are we prepared?

Elbilforeningen, Hydrovolt, and the Transportøkonomisk Institutt (TØI) are inviting you to an afterwork event (or afternoon seminar in proper Norwegian) on the recycling of electric vehicle batteries.

It’s completely free to attend, and we’ll even provide some food if you’d like it. You can find the registration link a little further down.

Opportunities Market

This seminar is for those who are curious about what happens to electric vehicle batteries at the end of their lifespan.

We’ll take a closer look at what EU battery regulations mean in practice, what happens to batteries that are already being recycled, and the increasing amount that will need to be handled in the future.

And not least, what opportunities exist in an industry that is still in its early stages.

Practical information:

Date: Tuesday, November 10

Time: 2:30 PM

Location: Proud Mary Oslo, Nedre Vollgate 19
