Audi A2 e-tron available in Poland from 175,000 PLN. 52 kWh battery, 170 HP, and 422 km WLTP range to start.

Audi has released the Polish price for the new A2 e-tron at 175,000 zł. The base version comes equipped with a 52 kWh battery, 125 kW (170 hp) power, and offers a range of 375–422 km according to the manufacturer’s WLTP tests.

This is one of those models that tries to sell aerodynamics and efficiency rather than just raw power. On paper, it appears to be a premium urban compact car with ambitions for low energy consumption.

The new A2 e-tron takes its name from the gasoline-powered Audi A2 sold from 1999 to 2005, but it is now a fully electric vehicle. The range starts with the Base version featuring an engine delivering 125 kW, or the aforementioned 170 hp.

Audi claims a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of around 8.8 seconds and a top speed of 160 km/h. The WLTP range is stated to be 375–422 km in mixed driving conditions. As usual, WLTP figures don’t reflect real-world winter road driving, but for this class, such numbers at least seem reasonable.

What’s included in the base version

The standard equipment includes 18-inch aluminum wheels, 225/50 R18 95V tires, LED headlights and taillights, aluminum trim on the door sills, an Ambiente lighting package, and a two-zone automatic climate control.

In addition, there’s an 11.9-inch driver display and a 12.8-inch central touchscreen. So there’s no base version with a small screen, which at a price of 175,000 zł would be considered the minimum.

Aerodynamics play a key role here

Audi emphasizes the careful design of the body to minimize air resistance. The Cx value is 0.24, which the brand claims is the best among Audi’s compact models.

The wheelbase is also 2.77 meters, allowing the car to combine a compact silhouette with more interior space. If real fuel consumption matches this Cx value, that could be the strongest advantage of the A2 e-tron, rather than just its acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h.

The starting price is already set, and now it remains to be seen whether 175,000 PLN will result in a truly reasonable offer or just a premium-compact car with an attractive package. What’s your opinion on this entry point for electric Audis with a 52 kWh battery?
