Allego offers discounted charging at Atlante sites in Italy

Charging provider Allego has launched a summer campaign to promote its Allego Plus subscription. As part of the offer, Allego Plus customers receive discounted charging rates at Atlante charging stations in the popular holiday destinations of Italy, France and Spain.

Charging providers Allego and Atlante have launched a cross-border partnership to reduce charging costs for drivers travelling south during the holiday season. Until 30 September 2026, subscribers to Allego’s Allego Plus tariff can access significantly discounted charging rates at Atlante stations in Italy, France and Spain. The subscription also offers reduced prices at Allego charging stations in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.

To benefit from the discounted charging rates, customers must subscribe to the Allego Plus tariff, which is normally priced at €9.99 per month. Under a promotion launched at the end of June, new subscribers who sign up by 31 August 2026 can use Allego Plus free of charge for the first two months. The offer is intended to lower the barrier to entry for new customers.

The discounted rates at Atlante’s charging stations are available until the end of September 2026 and can be accessed through the filter function in the Allego app. However, Allego has not disclosed the resulting charging prices, stating only that the promotion offers discounts of 28 per cent in Italy, 30 per cent in France and 38 per cent in Spain.

IIn Germany, the discounted Allego Plus price is known. The tariff was recently reduced indefinitely from €0.49 to €0.39 per kWh. By comparison, app users without a subscription pay €0.59/kWh under the Allego Smart tariff, while ad-hoc customers paying directly at the charger are charged €0.76/kWh under the Allego Direct offering.

The summer promotion combines Allego’s network of more than 35,000 charging points across 16 countries, including more than 500 locations in Germany, with Atlante’s network of more than 350 locations in Southern Europe. According to the companies, the partnership provides access to more than 1,400 HPC locations across Europe and is intended to reduce concerns over opaque roaming charges.
