Holiday itinerary
Ten days on the Norwegian Scenic Route Lofoten, from the Bodo ferry or the E10 at Lodingen to the village of A. Stockfish racks, granite walls, and a sea that keeps changing its mind. Distances are short; Tesla Superchargers in Svolvaer and Leknes plus Recharge in Reine make the islands easy in an EV if you do not chase every side road on an empty battery.
Season: The E10 stays open year-round; winter is polar night and wind, summer is midnight sun and camper queues. Ferries from Bodo to Moskenes run in all seasons but book EV spaces in July.

Holiday itinerary
- Day 1 · Bodo
The harbour works through the night under a pale sky. Overnight at the Tesla; the Moskenes ferry wants you early with the car already warm.
- Day 2 · Svolvaer
After the ferry the E10 threads between peaks that look staged. We arrived at the Tesla with 31 percent; the islands do not demand long hops.
- Day 3 · Henningsvaer
The football pitch sits in the sea. Walk the rorbuer until the light goes lilac; the car charges slow on a harbour post while you eat skrei.
- Day 5 · Reine
Reinebringen is a staircase into a postcard. We dropped to 19 percent on the E10 ledges and filled at Recharge while the peaks reversed in the harbour.
- Day 6 · A
The road ends in a museum of wooden racks. Stay the night; there is nowhere further west that still feels like a village.
- Day 8 · Leknes
A rest day toward Nusfjord and the Viking museum at Borg. Tesla in town hit advertised power; we left at 80 for the slow return east.
- Day 10 · Bodo
Ferry back under a sky that never quite decided on night. Last charge at the Tesla before the plane.
