Nine days of storks and stone: Merida, Caceres, Trujillo, Guadalupe, the Tajo gorges. Tesla in Merida and Caceres; distances are longer than they look.
Season: Year-round. Summer heat is serious. Storks on the roofs March-August. Guadalupe monastery year-round.
