Holiday itinerary

Nine days of terraces: Geneva, Nyon, the Corniche of Lavaux, Lausanne, Vevey, Montreux, Chillon. Tesla in Geneva and Lausanne; the vineyard lanes are walking lanes with a motor.

Season: Year-round. Harvest late September-October. Bise wind on the lake in winter. Terraces can ice in January.

    The Corniche above the vines. Charge in Lausanne after 22 percent.

  4. Day 7 · Montreux

    The castle in the lake. A quiet night after Chillon.

  5. Day 9 · Lausanne

    Last Tesla. The terraces are still in the rear-view.
