Renault offers the 5 E-Tech electric car for rent at 484 PLN gross per month, according to terms available as of October 2, 2026. However, the low monthly installment requires an upfront payment of 43,050 PLN, and when all costs are added up, the car will cost 55,150 PLN over 25 months. It then needs to be returned.
The installment is low because we pay 43,050 PLN upfront
The offer for individual customers, named “Rental for You,” includes a 25-month contract with a total mileage limit of 20,000 km. The calculation is simple: 43,050 PLN in upfront fees plus 25 installments of 484 PLN each amounts to 55,150 PLN gross.
Spread over the entire period, this amounts to 2,206 PLN gross per month, which is more than four and a half times higher than the installment shown on Renault’s website. With the full mileage limit used, each kilometer costs around 2.76 PLN, before adding in energy and AC insurance costs.
We are not aware of which version of the Renault 5 the offer is based on. The cheapest Renault 5 Evolution 120 KM Urban Range has a listed price of 121,500 PLN gross, according to the pricing list effective from July 3, 2026. The initial down payment therefore amounts to roughly 35 percent of the car’s listed base price.
The website also shows a discount of up to 8,000 PLN for vehicles from the 2025 model year. However, there is no information indicating whether such a vehicle and discount were used to calculate the monthly installment of 484 PLN.
The company will pay 44,744 PLN net
The Renault Business Plan for entrepreneurs looks similar, though the contract period is one month shorter. The company pays 35,000 PLN net upfront, followed by 24 installments of 406 PLN net each. The total cost amounts to 44,744 PLN net, or approximately 1,864 PLN net per month.
The financier is RCI Leasing Polska, operating under the Mobilize Financial Services brand. The description of the Serwis Plus leasing package lists periodic inspections, replacement of wear and tear parts, assistance, 24/7 call center service, post-warranty support, and a replacement car for up to 30 days. Long-term insurance is an optional add-on, so it is not included automatically in the quoted package.
At the end of the lease, the Renault 5 returns to the financier. The customer does not need to worry about selling the car, but they also do not become its owner, as the offer does not include a buyout option.
Renault has not specified when these terms will become invalid. This is an offer with no set expiration date, currently valid according to the manufacturer’s website as of October 2, 2026, with details needing confirmation through an authorized partner.
