Ukraine’s #1 automotive portal
Tonight brought yet another severe test to the capital and our company. As a result of heavy shelling on Kyiv, our main warehouse facility—the central hub through which the bulk of oils, batteries, and automotive goods were handled—was completely destroyed.
The most important thing is that people are safe. That’s the only thing that cannot be replaced. Everything else is a matter of time, resources, and our collective effort.
This is yet another painful reminder of how vulnerable Ukrainian civilian businesses remain, forced to operate in conditions where commercial warehouses and civil infrastructure are under attack. But we have accepted these realities.
Since May, the ATL AutoService team has been operating in continuous crisis management mode. After losing our headquarters, the team has been working under constant pressure for four months now. Mentally, we’ve learned to adapt to anything, but every morning brings new shocks and challenges that we must overcome on the spot. But one thing is for sure — we never give up.
We’d like to address our large ATL family — every employee, client, and partner — separately: we understand how difficult it is to read such news over and over again. In the fifth year of this exhausting war, we all have moments when we feel defeated. But remember: ATL is a Ukrainian business with 33 years of history. We’ve weathered all the crises this country has faced and survived thanks to your trust and our unity.
We’ll rebuild the offices and reroute logistics. What matters most are our people and our shared faith. Together, we will never fall.
Based on the experience from previous months, we diversified our inventory in advance as much as possible and established emergency stock directly at our retail locations. All auto stores and service centers are currently fully stocked with products.
At the same time, we assess the situation realistically. Losing our central warehouse hub will inevitably cause temporary disruptions to the logistics of the entire network. We are currently implementing crisis response measures. However, it is already clear that in the coming days, the available products will be limited to those already on the shelves at our outlets.
The current status of operations is that ATL’s auto service centers and auto stores are operating normally, meeting all customer needs.
For partners and suppliers, the company maintains its financial and operational stability and fulfills all its commitments in full.
The assessment of the extent of the damage is still in progress. More detailed information and facts will be provided later.
Let’s stay strong, support each other, and keep working!
