Braies to Cadore
Ten days on the eastern Dolomites edge: Toblach and the still water of Lago di Braies at dawn, the Landro valley toward Auronzo, the Cadore towns of Pieve and Lorenzago, then Belluno and the Piave before turning north again. This is not the Cortina–Sella circuit already on the map — it approaches the high walls from the Cadore side and spends nights where the lakes and timber towns set the pace. Charge in Bruneck, Toblach and Belluno.
Season: June to September for lake paths without ice and open Cadore side roads. Arrive at Braies before 8:00 in peak weeks or walk in from the valley lots. Autumn colour in Cadore is worth the cooler nights.

Day by day
Bruneck
A market town under the Kronplatz ridge. Walk the riverside and the castle hill before the lake day; Ionity overnight leaves the morning for Braies, not for hunting a plug.
Why stop hereCharge nearby: Ionity (Ionity Bruneck) — typical arrival 24%, about 26 min to 80%. Why stop here: Bruneck. Access: walk from the overnight — leave the car.

Toblach
Lago di Braies rewards an early arrival: still water, wooden boats, and the chapel on the north shore. Later walk the circuit path; the crowds thicken after mid-morning, so keep the quiet hour for looking, not for photos alone.
Why stop hereCharge nearby: Enel X (Enel X Toblach) — typical arrival 30%, about 32 min to 80%. Why stop here: Toblach. Access: walk from the overnight — leave the car.

Auronzo di Cadore
Approach the high walls from the Cadore side via the Landro valley. Santa Caterina and the lakeside promenade set a slower pace than the Cortina bowl; if you climb toward Tre Cime, treat it as a day walk with a return to town charge, not a pass-bagging dash.
Why stop hereWhy stop here: Auronzo di Cadore. Access: walk from the overnight — leave the car.

Pieve di Cadore
Titian was born here; the museum and the arcaded square hold the town quieter than the ski lifts further north. Walk to the lake of Centro Cadore in the evening light — timber, water, and a valley that still feels lived-in.

Belluno
The last night above the Piave. Climb to the Porta Dojona and the cathedral square, then look north where the Dolomite walls still catch late sun — Enel or Tesla before the highway home.
Why stop hereCharge nearby: Tesla Supercharger (Tesla Supercharger Belluno) — typical arrival 26%, about 28 min to 82%. Why stop here: Belluno. Access: walk from the overnight — leave the car.
